How can I access my information?

 

Click on “login” at the top right hand corner of the page and enter your credentials.  By registering and signing up for an account, you'll be able to view your order history,  keep track of your personal information, and track your orders.

 

What should I do if I have forgotten my account password?

 

Please click on the sign in button at the top right hand corner of the page. Click on forgot password. The website will then prompt you to create a new password.

 

Can I edit my information?

 

You can edit your personal account information as in when you want. Simply sign into your account at the top right hand corner of the page and enter your email and password in the field. Then click on my account , where you'll be able to see in a day or personal information.

Do you except international orders ?

At the moment, we cannot except international orders. 

How do I use a promo code or coupon code?

To redeem a promo or coupon code, simply enter your code in the text box marked “enter a promo code” at check out. When a code is excepted, it will be displayed on the order review page.

How many promo or coupon codes can be used per order?

One promo or offer code maybe used per order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We except all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, discover and diners club.

What occurs to the payment authorization hold if my order is canceled?

When an order is unsuccessful our payment is canceled, the authorization hold his automatically released. The expiration time frame typically 5 to 7 business days is set by the issuing bank for your payment card. For further details on the removal of authorization holds, please contact your issuing bank or credit card company.

What is a payment authorization hold for an online order?

When an order is placed, you're issuing bank will place a temporary hold to reserve funds equivalent to the pending purchase amount. This hold will be released automatically once your order has shipped and payment is authorized. For more information about the authorization whole timeframe, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card company.

How can I track my order?

If you have registered for an account on Mishell Cosmetics website, go to my account and login. Once you are logged into your account click on my orders. After the order has shipped, your tracking number, if available, will be displayed. You may click on the tracking number to view the delivery status of your order via the shippers website.

Can I edit or cancel my order once it has been placed?

If you would like to edit or cancel your order before it ships please contact us at info@mishellcosmeticsus.com . If the order has already been shipped out, we cannot edit or cancel your order.

Damaged and defective products

 

When your order arrives, please inspect the packaging for any damages or defects. It is normal for the shipping package to show some where, however, if you think of product in your shipment is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately using our contact form or by emailing us at info@mishellcosmeticsus.com. Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for faster service. To ensure prompt resolution, please keep the original shipping package and the damaged or defective products for inspection. If, after having exam of the product, we confirm that it is damaged or defective, we will provide you instructions for returning the damaged or defective product to us . Your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. However, a replacement for a damaged or defective product will be shipped to you free of charge.
